Through the highlands of Peru to the city of Cusco, we documented Gisella’s story (“Gise”), the Head of Impact at PAKA, working on the ground in Peru with Quechua weaving and alpaca-raising communities. One that bridges tradition and innovation. Her work supports sustainable livelihoods through education, health, and cultural preservation, helping build regenerative systems rooted in respect, resilience, and long-term community empowerment.
